• Development of document management processes within Laserfiche;

The Role This is a senior, cross-functional role responsible for designing, governing, and optimising the organisation’s data architecture to ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, accuracy, and availability across all systems. With the strategic ambition of achieving a single point of data entry replicated across connected systems, the role requires practical, hands-on expertise in API connectivity, data modelling, and data remediation to enhance client service, improve staff user journeys, and build confidence in data integrity. Data Architecture & Management

• Design, document, and maintain the organisation’s data architecture and data-flow models. • Review and optimise data capture, transformation, storage, and reporting processes. • Drive business and operational units toward achieving “One Point of Data Entry” and “One

Source of Truth.” • Ensure accurate processing, validation, and reconciliation of data across core systems
