A privately owned and independent trust company is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in Guernsey
You will assist with managing of a team of administrators in all aspects of trust and company administration whilst supporting the Team Manager with the day to day running of the team and its systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Become familiar with clients and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management & administration of an allocated portfolio of clients
- Managing and delegating tasks to team members and assisting them with tasks and training as appropriate
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements for the Company’s clients
The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification - STEP or ICSA and relevant experience within the trust industry.
