A leading insurance business in Guernsey is currently looking for a Head of Operations to join their ranks.

You will act as a central point of contact for all applicable jurisdictions and co-ordinate any change or response to operational policies, procedures, rules, initiatives and goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting and supporting the Global Chief Operating Officer in delivering the operational strategy for the business
• Leading on the design and delivery of target operating model (products, process, people, organisation, systems) across all branches
• Assisting and supporting the International Executive in the strategic development and expansion of the Company
• Developing, implementing and monitoring systems & procedures to ensure they are meeting operational KPIs a

The successful candidate will have a strong educational background and be professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA)

You'll have detailed knowledge of insurance products, services, classes of insurance including underlying legal principles and practices relating to risk.
