We have a brand new exciting position to join a small, bustling independent Guernsey business where you'll form part of their funds team.
Our client has a specialist focus on venture capital funds and their team/department have involvement in a full lifecycle of client responsibilities which means their roles offer a perfect fit if you like a varied work load, action packed and interesting exposure and the chance to really get to know your clients.
This position is open to individuals who are at Senior Administrator, Assistant Manager or Manager level.
Responsibilities will include;
- Fund Administration; tending to investment recommendations and evaluating, carrying out investment execution and calls and distributions
- Bookkeeping, bank and custody reconciliation's and inputting payments for settlement of investment trades
- Company secretarial and statutory tasks
- Preparing reports, liaising with professionals advisors, tending to ad-hoc queries from investors
