Job Description

Firstcall is working closely with one of our award winning fund clients who is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to be part of their Guernsey team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently executing all payroll duties. 

  • You will communicate with external payroll providers to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure understanding of the HR/Payroll system as well as all relevant HR processes
  • Make sure the payroll process is thorough as it relates to data protection and local laws
  • You will assist with all taxation and social security obligations by preparing any related documentation

You will be someone who is strong numerically and possesses office and administration experience within the financial services sector. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including inbox management is essential.
