Are you an enthusiastic team player with experience in Trust Administration?
Our client - an independent fiduciary services company - is eager to find a part qualified Trust Officer for their busy and collaborative Guernsey office
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the administration of Trust, Company and other Private Client relationships
- Assist with drafting trust and company minutes and correspondence with clients,
- Maintain a good knowledge of company secretarial, compliance and anti-money laundering practice and demonstrate an understanding of trusts and why clients establish trusts
- Confidently communicate with external parties such as bankers, accountants, lawyers etc via phone, letter, email and face-to-face, as well as your colleagues and superiors.
You will be part qualified or willing to study towards a professional qualification have excellent communication skills at all levels so you are able to give clear and unambiguous information/instructions to your colleagues and clients, together with excellent time and organisational skills.
