As a key member of the Client Services team, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring every client interaction — from onboarding to ongoing support — is professional, seamless and tailored.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt, accurate and professional responses.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure the highest standard of client service delivery.
