Join a well-established financial services business as a Client Services Officer, where you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the smooth operation of a busy Guernsey office.

As a key member of the Client Services team, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring every client interaction — from onboarding to ongoing support — is professional, seamless and tailored.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt, accurate and professional responses.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure the highest standard of client service delivery.
