Are you a technically strong fiduciary professional who enjoys detailed review work and can confidently assess structures, records and controls with accuracy and pace? One of our key clients in Guernsey is seeking a Contract Entity Review Officer.
You will be joining a dedicated review team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high standards of governance, compliance and risk management across a varied portfolio of trusts and companies. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a hands-on, quality-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic entity reviews, analysing records and identifying errors, omissions and breaches.
- Highlighting material findings, supporting remediation and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring, internal audit-type tasks and the development of procedures, checklists and best practice.
- Supporting SoW/SoF verification, reporting and ad-hoc review projects as needed.
You should bring solid fiduciary experience, strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, together with the ability to work methodically and independently. You will also be analytical, organised and comfortable applying the GFSC Handbook.
