Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, this proactive and technically skilled Manager-level Solutions Architect will support the design, development, and enterprise-wide adoption of solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and a focus on Power BI within our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is instrumental in helping the business transition from manual and legacy systems to modern, automated, and efficient digital workflows. The post holder will contribute to projects, to develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting the strategic digital transformation agenda.

As part of the wider Project Management Office, this role will touch on a range of business areas, working with teams across our Global locations. Job accountabilities:

• Manage and deliver a range of projects and mini sprints focused on supporting the business to leverage Microsoft 365

We are looking for a new team member to provide day-to-day support for NavOne and Management Information (MI) across our Group Trust locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and creating Management Information (MI) using Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and other available tools. Identifying opportunities for technology-led solutions that enhance operational and process efficiencies within existing practices. Scoping, designing, building, and deploying MI and reporting solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and, where necessary, external vendors.
• Direct responsibility for creating and supporting all Group Trust sites, but specifically the Cayman & Bahamas offices with regulatory data requirement for returns and risk and compliance reporting.

• Supporting all jurisdictions with data requirement and Risk/Compliance reports for various group committees and boards.
