Risk Assurance Services

Our team focuses on helping our clients manage cyber risk on a domestic and global scale.

You’ll work with our clients aligning a number of different cyber, privacy and industry

frameworks and requirements to their business. These include, but are not limited to: NIST

CSF, ISO27001, ISO27005, ISO22301, COBIT, ITIL, NCSC, MCSS, CCM, PCI-DSS, SWIFT

CSP, GDPR, NIS-D, etc. Our team designs, implements, and maintains effective cyber

programs that help our clients manage the risks and regulatory compliance obligations, as well

as control framework commitments to their Board/stakeholders.

We help our clients across the domains of identify, protect, detect, respond and recover by

working closely with PwC UK to deliver operationally critical Managed Cyber Defence and

Identity Management services.

Job Summary:

Job Summary

As a member of the Advisory practice, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and

delivering client requirements in a way that demonstrates value on their investment. You will work

closely with an experienced team, be involved in a variety of engagements, interacting with clients

and building and strengthening business relationships across the region. Being part of a smaller,

agile department, you will also have excellent opportunities to be involved in strategic initiatives,

have input into the management of the business and contribute directly to the running of the

plays a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role is embedded within

the Business Enablement function, working closely with project managers, technology leads,

and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways

of working.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key stakeholders and build tailored engagement plans to ensure buy-in and

support throughout the change lifecycle.

• Design and deliver clear, targeted communications to support user adoption and

minimise disruption.

• Identify training needs and ensuring delivery of required training.

• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and

mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with project teams to embed change management into project delivery and

compliance with internal change management policies and procedures.

• Track adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve change interventions and

report on success criteria.

• Stay up to date with PwC and industry best practices and trends in change

management, technology, and transformation to continuously enhance our change

management approach.

• Support wider project implementation tasks as required.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as Prosci (or equivalent).

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential skills:

• Experience in change management, ideally within a professional services or technology-

driven environment.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to work

across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Residential Status:

• Entitled to Work/Entitled (Jersey)

• Permanent Resident or Family Resident Permit Holder

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 25%
