The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited (TISEA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of TISEG and is licensed to operate the Exchange. TISEA is responsible for the listing of securities on the market and the supervision of Members of the Exchange.
Duties and Responsibilities Financial systems development to drive the digital transformation of the Finance function
• Financial systems development to drive the digital transformation of the Finance function;
• Support Head of Finance with projects to implement and develop new financial systems
(NetSuite migration);
• Specifically, projects to:
o Enhance and develop existing processes and procedures to deal with future business growth;
o Develop Finance processes to capture the potential efficiencies to be achieved from automated
invoice generation with API integration to TISE’s proprietary system, Ekho.
Financial Control and Management Information Systems
• Maintain and develop the financial controls, with a particular focus on SOX compliance;
• Maintain and develop systems to provide timely, useful management information including
preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting for MIAX;
• Produce routine periodic management information as agreed with the Head of Finance.
Credit Control
• Maintain oversight of the debtor collection process and support the team with the collection
process where required.
Financial Reporting and Audit
• Liaise with auditors, ensuring timely provision of all information relating to audit requests
• Prepare annual financial statements and ensure smooth audit thereof
• Ensure financial statements are compliant with UK GAAP (FRS102);
• Prepare audit working papers;
• Quarterly finance reporting required to meet the requirements of the GFSC.
Budgets & Planning
• Assist with preparation of annual budget schedules;
• Routine production of budget variance analysis by legal entity and by department.
Treasury
• Monitor cash balances and cash generation/utilisation.
Finance and Accounting Team
• Provide day to day assistance and support to other junior members of the Finance team;
• Ensure that all daily NetSuite approvals are completed in a timely manner;
• Approval for designated periodic reconciliations as agreed with Head of Finance;
• Support the progression of the Finance team.

Qualifications
• Suitable professional qualification, such as ACCA or equivalent.
