We’re looking for a Relationship Manager, Client Services to lead and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients for a respected private bank in Guernsey. You'll shape client strategy, provide world-class service, and offer expert, proactive advice—making a genuine impact across a key market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of HNW clients with strategic and operational focus

• Build lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact

• Deliver tailored advice aligned with current legislation and best practices

• Support client acquisition through strong local networks and insight

You’ll bring a relevant qualification (business or financial), experience in private banking, and a track record of excellence in client management. This is a full-time role with flexible working options available and a competitive, pro-rated benefits package.
