• Overseeing a team of relationship managers and administrators, ensuring effective delegation, supervision and performance management.
• Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Providing high-quality client service, including cash management, exercise of discretionary powers, and review of investment portfolios.
• Contributing to business development opportunities, process improvement and management reporting.
