One of our key clients, a well-established professional services organisation, is keen to appoint a Client Take-on Senior Administrator to join its specialist onboarding team in their Jersey office.

This is a senior administration role with ownership of the end-to-end CDD process, combining regulatory oversight, stakeholder engagement and mentoring responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and overseeing the full client take-on process, including matter opening, CDD collection and risk assessment

• Conducting screening, media searches and high-risk/PEP reviews, with timely escalation of issues where required

• Acting as a key liaison point for clients, fee earners, compliance and internal stakeholders to progress onboarding efficiently

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements and best practice
