You’ll deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services across dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, refurbishment projects, and contract administration. Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering full-spectrum building surveying reports and professional advice across commercial properties
• Leading refurbishment, maintenance, and fit‑out projects as Contract Administrator (JCT)
• Carrying out technical due diligence and defect diagnosis
• Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and condition
• Working closely with cross‑island and UK teams to ensure exceptional client service
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to drive repeat business

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS qualified
• Strong technical understanding of building pathology and construction
• Excellent report‑writing, communication, and client‑management skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel off‑island when required
