Join a fast-paced, people-focused environment as a Workplace Operations Administrator based in Guernsey.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office operations, helping to create a welcoming, efficient and safe workspace for colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Be the front-of-house contact, greeting visitors and managing meeting room logistics.

  • Support workplace operations, including facilities, office supplies, mail, and maintenance coordination.

  • Handle administrative tasks across departments, ensuring accurate, timely support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain high service standards.
