Join a leading professional services firm in their Guernsey office as a Business Development Assistant, where you will be supporting strategic campaigns, events, and growth initiatives in a contract to the end of 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to gain hands-on exposure across business development, marketing, CRM, legal directory submissions, and event delivery — all within a dynamic and ambitious team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the implementation of business development and marketing plans across the business.
- Supporting the delivery of external events, including logistics, coordination, and follow-up activity.
- Using CRM systems to capture, manage, and report on business development and client data.
- Supporting lawyers and internal teams with directory submissions, pitching activity, and business development trips.
You should be someone who is organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will also need to be confident building relationships across the business, adaptable in a changing environment, and keen to develop a strong understanding of markets, services, and client engagement strategies.
