One of our valued clients, an international private wealth and corporate services business, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Operations & Risk to join its Jersey office.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership and driving operational excellence, risk management, and business transformation initiatives which offers significant exposure to strategic projects, governance responsibilities, and cross-jurisdictional collaboration, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading operational improvement and transformation projects to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and best practice across the business.
- Managing and developing operational risk frameworks, controls, reporting, and remediation processes across the Channel Islands operations.
- Overseeing key business data governance, reporting obligations, and system development initiatives to improve reporting and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, third-party providers, and client-facing teams to drive continuous improvement and support business growth objectives.
Together with your five plus years' experience within the Private Wealth, Trust & Company, or Corporate Services sectors, and a relevant professional qualification, you should have strong commercial awareness and project management capabilities as well as a solid understanding of operational and regulatory risk.
