A leading global superyacht services group is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Office Manager to lead its HR and payroll function from Guernsey.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a complex, international payroll operation, supporting over 2,000 crew across 100+ superyachts globally, while leading a dedicated HR & Payroll team.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing the HR & Payroll team, ensuring the function is well organised, supported and delivering to a high standard.
• Overseeing accurate, timely and compliant monthly payroll processing, including onboarding, payments, invoicing and employment documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with MLC 2006, yacht flag regulations, Guernsey Data Protection Law and other relevant requirements, acting as an escalation point for complex matters.
• Building strong relationships with clients, yacht captains, pursers, internal teams and relevant government and regulatory bodies, providing expert support on complex HR and payroll matters.

You will bring strong experience across HR and payroll, ideally within a maritime, superyacht, offshore or international environment. Excellent leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside a strong understanding of compliance and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
