We are working with a privately owned and independent trust company that is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their Guernsey office.

You'll be responsible for a designated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, training and developing more junior members where required and will complete all assigned tasks and processes, operating within the controls, guidelines and procedures as established by the directors / managers.

Responsibilites include:

• Undertaking all routine administration for clients or as instructed by the Manager
• Accurately effect client banking instructions and have an awareness of client take on procedures and associated risks involved
• Ensuring quality day to day service for team’s client portfolio and understanding trust and corporate regulatory requirements
• Effectively collecting cash, manage debtors and ensure the timely delivery of client data

You will have or be in pursuit of an ICSA or STEP qualification and have relevant trust experience and a willingness to learn new skills. The firm will provide plenty of nurturing support and professional development in your journey to moving up to Trust Officer level.
