Our highly regarded financial services client is looking for a Customer Service Executive - Personal & Premium Banking to join their Client Service team,.
This role will see you assisting clients with their daily banking needs.
Responsibilities will include:

Handling day-to-day client service, including payments, trades, and foreign exchanges

Communicating with clients to resolve queries and activating online banking

Supporting team members and assisting with large-scale projects

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
You will have an excellent team player mindset, good communication skills and solid IT skills
