We are partnering with an established professional services organisation in Jersey to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join its growing compliance function.
This is a varied compliance support role with a strong focus on monitoring regulatory controls, client due diligence and AML processes, offering excellent exposure within a busy and evolving compliance environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing new client take-on documentation and conducting periodic reviews of higher-risk and PEP client files
- Maintaining compliance registers and carrying out AML, screening and related compliance checks
- Supporting gap analysis between legislation and internal policies, and assisting with compliance projects as required
- Participating in compliance team meetings and working closely with stakeholders to implement agreed actions
This position offers a solid platform for building a long-term career in compliance, with support toward ICA qualifications and ongoing professional development. You’ll gain hands-on experience across AML, regulatory monitoring and policy development within a collaborative team.
