The Junior Relationship Manager supports customer growth and retention by building strong client relationships, coordinating service delivery and enabling effective sales activity. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer growth through proactive engagement, portfolio optimisation and cross‑sell activity
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships while supporting exceptional customer experience
- Coordinating end‑to‑end operational and administrative activity to support Relationship Managers and ensure service continuity
- Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory and internal control requirements
