JOB SUMMARY This is a diverse role which is pivotal to business success and is integral in establishing the reputation of Oak as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations. The role is to lead a small team, within the corporate team of the Guernsey Funds business, supporting team members to work individually and collaboratively. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Member of the management team Overall leadership and management responsibility for Shareholder Services and Valuations &
Administration staff Review and organisation of workload within the team Attend client meetings and board meetings as may be required Attend and contribute to internal operational, management and compliance meetings Reviewing valuations, investor communications and distributions Originating, checking and authorising transactions (payment of invoices and other expenses) Liaison with clients, property managers and other connected parties Working in accordance with Company procedures; compliance with appropriate laws and regulations Completing and inputting time in the time billing system on a daily basis Completing any other duties as may be required from time to time in accordance with the
requirements of the role, team and evolving nature of the function In all aspects of your role, display and adhere to our corporate values and behaviours

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Proven experience within a senior funds and corporate position, especially in respect of broad administration matters, governance services, fund accounting and financial statements preparation
Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of relevant accounting, legal and regulatory matters affecting funds under administration Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and accounting platforms
