One of our key clients is seeking a driven Administrator / Senior Administrator to join our expert team based in either Jersey or Guernsey and they're offering curious candidates the opportunity for informal chats to explore whether capital markets might be the right fit.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and charitable trusts, handling onboarding, incorporation, governance, and dissolution.
• Preparing board packs, attending client meetings, and reviewing corporate and legal documentation.
• Supporting financial processes including payment instructions and coordination with accountants and auditors.
• Mentoring junior team members, contributing to their development and the smooth running of the team.

You will be a proactive and detail-driven professional who is a confident communicator, motivated to develop technical expertise, and keen to build strong client relationships. If you are studying towards a relevant professional qualification (or willing to do so) it would be advantageous.
