One of our Jersey clients – a dynamic funds and trust business – is seeking a Compliance Assistant Manager / Manager

You will be supporting the Head of Compliance, as well as the wider business

Responsibilities include;

• Respond to employees requests concerning matters of compliance and AML/CFT
• Keep up to date with the legal and regulatory standards concerning AML/CFT/CPF
• Assist with the preparation of reports for quarterly board meetings as well as operational and client companies.
• Assist with the Compliance Monitoring Program, ad hoc Compliance Reviews, and, as a consequence, any improvements of policies and procedures.

Having already had a position in compliance, you will hold, or be studying towards a compliance related qualification. You will also have an appreciation of AML, sanctions, conduct and business risk and how to communicate the same to other staff.
