Our client - a growing fund services provider – is seeking someone with significant experience in Trust and Compliance to work in their Trust team.

You will need advanced knowledge of the sector and the confidence to add real strength and leadership to the Guernsey team.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the MLRO
• Be responsible for the compliance team, including management and assistance in their training
• Managing compliance monitoring program and operational business risk assessment process
• Conducting compliance training and promoting a compliance culture within the business

You should have a solid business acumen, integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
