Job Description

Our client, a provider of bespoke financial and fiduciary services, is currently seeking a Risk Reviewer to join its Guernsey team on a full time or contract basis.

You will use your expertise to undertake the periodic review process of the trust department.

Responsibilities include:

• Risk rating clients and ensuring appropriate levels of screening are carried out
• Reviewing customers CDD to ensure it is complete, up to date and complies with local regulatory requirements
• Reviewing all client files and management information system, ensuring they are maintained according to company standards
• Ensuring any potential risks or breaches are identified and managed appropriately

The successful candidate will have or be in pursuit of a relevant trust qualification and possess industry experience.

You will be risk aware and have a good knowledge of trust and company law, fiduciary principles and regulatory requirements in appropriate jurisdictions.
