Our client, an award winning Bank, is seeking a Senior Business Risk and Internal Control Manager to join their Operations team.

You would be responsible for driving the risk framework implementation and financial crime risk management across the business as well as leading and managing the first-line risk and governance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement the Risk Management Framework across all areas of operations
• Lead the first-line financial crime team to deliver best-in-class financial crime risk management
• Oversee the effective operation of the Third Party Risk Management Framework
• Develop a positive risk culture for the organization and ensure colleagues engage with risk frameworks at all levels

Ideally you will be degree educated – or equivalent, hold an industry recognised relevant professional qualification, and have excellent, communication and interpersonal skills.
