Join our highly regarded financial services player as a Transaction Analyst / Administrator, where you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of structured finance, debt capital markets, and escrow services while supporting a growing Jersey team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the administration of SPVs, including incorporations, transactions, and dissolutions
• Preparing board packs, minutes, statutory filings, and payment instructions
• Reviewing financial statements, liaising with accountants and auditors
• Mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements
