This Guernsey based key role ensures client action points from compliance reviews are swiftly and accurately managed, ensuring that client files are kept up-to-date and compliant without direct client interaction. Responsibilities include:

• Client Action Points Management: Review and action client-related tasks from internal audits and compliance reviews.

• File Maintenance & Due Diligence: Ensure all client files are compliant, up-to-date, and complete, addressing any outstanding due diligence requirements.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, and administrative teams to resolve client-related tasks efficiently.

• Periodic File Reviews & Reporting: Conduct regular file reviews and assist in preparing reports related to client file status and compliance.

You should have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, be a proactive, organised, and collaborative team player  and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
