Are you a proactive and experienced administrator with a knack for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join a collaborative team which supports the vital functions of one of our key clients.

This is a varied and engaging role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, purpose-led environment and enjoys making a tangible impact on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing company secretarial duties and maintaining statutory records for in-house companies.

  • Administering banking platforms and managing banking information requests.

  • Supporting data integrity across platforms including Acumen and the Guernsey Registry.

  • Assisting with compliance-related tasks such as AML/CFT processes, policy alignment, and exception reporting.
