Are you a compliance-savvy professional with a knack for client due diligence? We're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join a dynamic Client Take-On team, where you'll drive operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, the UK, and Cayman.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding and CDD processes for regulated business lines

• Handle complex CDD queries and act as escalation point for key jurisdictions

• Support continuous process improvement and data integrity across onboarding systems

• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client take-on journey

You’ll bring deep experience in regulated client onboarding, strong AML knowledge, and a sharp eye for risk. In return, you’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused environment with room to make real impact.
