As Senior Operations Officer, you’ll take the lead on coordinating key projects, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring robust, day-to-day operations. You’ll work across teams, with external providers, and directly influence business-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating operational projects, governance reporting, and policy reviews

• Overseeing IT and cyber security processes, liaising with the vCISO and IT providers

• Supporting data protection activities, audits, and access reviews

• Providing operational reporting and support business-wide process improvement
