Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance professional to join a leading financial services group on a 6-month fixed term basis. This hybrid role is a chance to make a real impact, shaping compliance culture while supporting regulatory obligations and mentoring the next generation of compliance specialists.

You will support with a project focused on a new piece of business the organisation is integrating. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex compliance matters, including monitoring, regulatory notifications, and submissions.

• Act as subject matter expert on AML/CFT, CDD, and risk-based compliance practices.

• Provide guidance, training, and technical advice to colleagues across the business.

• Promote strong risk and compliance awareness throughout the organisation.

You’ll bring proven experience in risk, compliance, or audit, with solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the fiduciary world.

Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines are key, alongside a collaborative, hands-on approach and relevant professional qualification.
