Step into a dual-focused Compliance and Onboarding role in Guernsey with one of our valued clients, where you’ll play a key part in safeguarding regulatory standards while delivering a smooth, positive experience for new clients.

In this Internal Compliance Officer role you’ll work at the heart of a collaborative Marine Services team, ensuring high-quality internal compliance while managing the end-to-end onboarding process. It’s an ideal role for someone detail-driven, ethical, and energised by meaningful client interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct AML-focused risk assessments, internal audits, and staff pre-screening.
• Maintain and enhance internal compliance policies, procedures, and registers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate internally to verify and process KYC/AML documentation efficiently.
