Job Description

This contract role offers the chance to work closely with experienced compliance and onboarding specialists, supporting a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships. You’ll take ownership of front-line CDD activity, applying sound judgement, strong technical understanding and a proactive approach to ensure high-quality, risk-based due diligence across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures. If you’re analytical, detail-driven and confident working with SoW/SoF, enhanced measures and regulatory requirements, this is a great opportunity to add value from day one.

Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and analysing structures to identify CDD subjects, required documentation and appropriate risk-based measures.
• Assessing, evidencing and summarising CDD, SoW and SoF information while maintaining accurate and reliable records.
• Monitoring screening alerts, supporting sanctions processes and responding to internal and external queries.
• Assisting with reports, precedent development and ongoing best-practice improvements.

You’ll bring strong knowledge of the GFSC Handbook, excellent communication skills and the ability to work methodically with pace and accuracy.
