Join a forward-thinking, independent fiduciary and fund services provider as a Senior CDD Analyst, playing a key role in ensuring robust AML / CTF compliance across private wealth, corporate, and fund clients.

This role is open to candidates based in Guernsey, Jersey, the UK, or Luxembourg.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as a subject matter expert, lead CDD processes end-to-end, and support junior team members in managing risk, onboarding, and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client due diligence across onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events

• Act as first point of escalation for junior analysts and support internal teams

• Maintain data accuracy across systems and contribute to process improvement

• Assist with internal/external reporting and testing of regulatory systems

You’ll need strong experience in AML / CTF and CDD, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in financial services is essential.
