A a leading independent investment consulting practice is seeking a proactive team player to join their team as a Compliance Analyst in their Guernsey office, to help ensure regulatory compliance and support financial crime prevention.

This is a key compliance role which is focused on client onboarding, AML support and regulatory reviews - ideal for a detail-driven professional looking to build a long-term career in compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews and client onboarding activities
• Conducting screening searches and maintaining accurate, high-quality client data
• Supporting AML and wider financial crime prevention initiatives
• Helping develop and maintain compliance procedures, manuals and system controls

Together with your prior compliance experience, a strong interest in regulation and financial crime you should also be highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
