Job Description

One of our key clients is seeking a proactive Crew Services Officer to join their Guernsey office. This role sits at the heart of crew employment and payroll operations, supporting an international portfolio of yachts and their crew.

This is a client‑facing position responsible for managing crew employment matters, payroll, compliance and certification. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone organised, confident dealing with people, and able to use their own initiative in a varied, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end‑to‑end employment and payroll lifecycle for crew, from onboarding through to termination.
  • Maintaining accurate crew and yacht records, ensuring all documentation meets MLC, flag state and insurance requirements.
  • Acting as a regular point of contact for yacht owners, captains and crew, handling day‑to‑day employment and payroll queries.
  • Coordinating crew travel, maintaining certification, monitoring expiry dates and supporting recruitment as needed.

You should be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload as well as confident, personable and experienced in dealing with clients, customers or service enquiries.
