Our valued client, a well‑established financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Guernsey office. This is a senior management position with responsibility for all core compliance functions, including acting as MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated compliance team, shape regulatory frameworks, and play a key role in safeguarding the business through robust risk management, oversight, and governance.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the compliance function, ensuring all regulatory obligations, frameworks and controls remain current, effective and properly documented.
• Acting as MLRO, MLCO and CO, including oversight of AML/CFT systems, monitoring, investigations, reporting and liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Providing guidance to senior management and the Board through regular reporting, risk assessments, policy development and participation in key committees.
• Managing, mentoring and supporting a small compliance team, embedding a strong culture of ethics, integrity and regulatory awareness.

You should have strong analytical and decision‑making abilities with exceptional attention to detail together with excellent communication skills, and be confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
