This Senior Administrator, Funds Administration role focuses on investor relations, fund operations, and team support, offering real responsibility, visibility, and influence in a collaborative private equity environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior point of contact for investor queries, ensuring clear, timely communication in line with fund documentation.
- Managing capital calls, distributions, and fund closings, including monitoring receipts and investor follow-ups.
- Supporting and motivating a small, experienced funds administration team, helping manage workflows and priorities.
- Building strong relationships with global investors and internal stakeholders, while driving process improvements and projects.
You should have experience in private equity investor services, client relations, fund administration, or transferable experience from company secretarial or related areas together with a strong client-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex information clearly.
