Compliance Contractor - CDD Remediation Project
 
Join a well‑established financial services business supporting a major customer due diligence remediation project.
 
You'll ensure CDD/ECDD meets Guernsey regulatory standards while working closely with an external provider.
 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing CDD and ECDD to ensure compliance with Guernsey laws and regulations
  • Liaising with a third-party service provider and handling related internal/external queries
  • Providing progress updates, attending internal meetings, and preparing monthly reports
  • Supervising colleagues involved in the project and offering guidance where needed
 
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior compliance leadership, gain exposure to high‑level remediation work, and further develop your regulatory and risk assessment skills.
