Step into a varied Private Client Administrator role within a respected, independently owned fiduciary business in Guernsey.
You’ll manage your own portfolio, building strong client and advisor relationships while delivering high-quality administration across trusts and companies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
- Maintain accurate client records, statutory filings, and entity data
- Prepare board minutes, distributions, payments, and asset transactions
- Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and annual accounts
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple years of offshore trust experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Studying towards STEP or ICSA is advantageous, alongside a willingness to continue developing professionally.
