One of our key clients, a Guernsey based fiduciary and fund administration firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Assistant Manager to join its private client team.
The role combines hands‑on client administration with team leadership responsibilities. You’ll manage your own portfolio of trust and company structures while supporting, mentoring and guiding administrators to deliver consistently high levels of client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering a varied portfolio of trust and company structures, including transactions, payments, asset administration and preparation of governance documentation
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and intermediaries, building trusted, long‑term relationships
- Supporting senior management with new business onboarding, client committee submissions and regulatory compliance
- Providing leadership within the team through coaching, workload oversight, reporting and quality control
You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational and time‑management skills, in addition you will be proactive, service‑driven and comfortable taking ownership and initiative.
