A valued client - a well-established private wealth and corporate services business - is seeking a meticulous and motivated Treasury Services Officer to join its Guernsey team.

You will help deliver safe, accurate and responsive treasury services, supporting everything from cash placements and foreign exchange transactions to liquidity monitoring, settlements, reconciliations and client onboarding.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing approved deposits, short-term cash placements, foreign exchange transactions and treasury instructions accurately and within applicable banking, payment and market deadlines.
• Monitoring client cash balances, expected movements, settlement positions and liquidity requirements, promptly escalating shortfalls, unusual activity or potential control issues.
• Tracking transactions through to settlement, investigating discrepancies or failed payments, completing reconciliations and maintaining accurate treasury, counterparty and account records.
• Preparing treasury and management information covering balances, maturities, yields, exposures and exceptions, while supporting client onboarding, risk monitoring and ongoing process improvements.

You will have strong numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work with payment, settlement and account information. Comfortable balancing competing priorities and working to important cut-off times, you will take ownership of tasks and follow them carefully through to completion.
