This key role will see you leading on AML oversight, fiduciary compliance frameworks, and ESG-focused initiatives, all within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to ensure robust AML compliance.

• Overseeing fiduciary risk and compliance frameworks in line with regulatory standards.

• Leading and mentoring a close-knit team, fostering excellence and accountability.

• Conducting risk assessments, delivering training, and liaising with regulators.
