Join a leading independent provider of private wealth and corporate services in Guernsey as an Trust Assistant Administrator, supporting an international portfolio of trusts and companies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in fiduciary services, gaining broad exposure to trust and company administration while working closely with experienced professionals and progressing towards a recognised qualification.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining statutory records and assisting with the preparation of minutes, resolutions, and other routine trust and company documentation.
  • Processing payments, identifying receipts, and supporting the day-to-day administration of client structures.
  • Assisting with annual entity reviews and following up on action points in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with internal departments, clients, and intermediaries on a range of non-complex administrative matters.

This role would suit someone who is organised, eager to learn, and able to manage deadlines with a calm and professional approach. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team are key.
