Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining statutory records and assisting with the preparation of minutes, resolutions, and other routine trust and company documentation.
- Processing payments, identifying receipts, and supporting the day-to-day administration of client structures.
- Assisting with annual entity reviews and following up on action points in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with internal departments, clients, and intermediaries on a range of non-complex administrative matters.
This role would suit someone who is organised, eager to learn, and able to manage deadlines with a calm and professional approach. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team are key.
