Are you a flexible team player looking for a part time Finance Administration role in Guernsey?
One of our key clients - a premium international banking and wealth management group – is seeking a candidate to support the Finance team for 15 hrs a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring invoices payable are correctly authorised and processed
- Ensuring supplier statements are reconciled
- Manage the supplier inbox and forward invoices to the relevant parties and respond to any queries as appropriate.
- Reconcile intercompany recharges and prepare accounts receivable invoices
You will have a good understanding of the regulatory environment, and have some banking and/or invoice payment systems experience, together with experience in bookkeeping.
